To expedite your application, please provide the following documentation:

• 3 conscutive paystubs for each borrower
• IRS Form W-2 for 2 years for each borrower
• Most recent consecutive 2 months bank statements
• Complete signed Federal Income Tax Returns along with any K-1 forms if applicable
• Copy of the signed Purchase agreement if applicable
• Copy of the cancelled earnest money check
• Home insurance binder

If you currently own Real Estate, we will need this additional documentation:

• Mortgage account information
• Home insurance policy information
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
